At Shoe Gallery, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure the soles are clean and the tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
